This is a helpful wedding checklist of what tasks need to be completed & of when to begin planning each aspect of your big day!
Many couples choose to skip tradition & forgo the Groom first seeing the Bride when she walks down the aisle. Rather, couples are choosing to share their first moments together on their wedding day, spent together doing a “First Look”. As a Bride, presenting yourself to your soon to be husband can be such an amazing moment & one to cherish! I would love to share a unique First Look option that is super sweet & extremely meaningful.
A reminder to the creatives. There are so many wonderful aspects of owning a small business & being a creative entrepreneur. Choosing who you work with. Choosing your schedule. Choosing how you work & organize your tasks. But with the good things also come with challenges. Sometimes being a creative is just hard.
Oh, it's so beautiful! Oh, I love that grand staircase! These are things you may be saying to a venue coordinator when you are touring your dream venue. But how can you make sure this beautiful space will actually provide the space for a perfectly executed wedding. Be prepared. The only way to be prepared is to make sure you are getting the right information to determine if this is the perfect venue to have beauty & ease for your wedding day.
I have created a super helpful venue tour checklist for you to complete at each of your venue visits.
When you are touring wedding venues you might be focused on things like aesthetic (will this venue fit the look I want for my wedding), size (can this venue accommodate all my guests), accessibility (is this venue in a location my guests will be able to access easily by car, train, airplane) but while those are important factors, some topics are not discussed until a problem arises (or sometimes not at all) and then an issue happens on the wedding day! It is important to ask the following questions when touring the venue so that you are prepared and know how to handle any special circumstances that venues will require.
